ANNOUNCEMENT:
First off I would like to say thank you to Dana White, Joe Silva and the entire UFC for the entirety of my UFC career.
Second I would like to thank all my coaches that have helped my get to where I am and to where I have been. Greg Nelson, Dylan Spicer, Nat Macintyr, Andy Grahn, Andrew Kappel, Saul Mitchell, Tanner Grosz, Joe Trottier. I especially want to thank my head coach Dylan Spicer for being with me from the start and for always believing in me. I am truly thankful for all that you have taught me!
My training partners that bleed with me; Jeremy Stetz who was with me before the lights shined, Cameron Ramberg, Tyler Larson, Cody Lincoln, Jos Eichelberger and all my Academy of Combat Arts jiu Jitsu and Mauy Thai training partners along with the Minnesota Martial Arts Academy! Last but not least, I want to thank ALL my loyal fans that have been cheering me on and feeding me then energy to keep moving forward.

In life’s journey we can walk many paths and while some may close there are others that will open. I am sad to say, that I have been released from the UFC roster. But I will take this time to focus on another passion of mine; competing in Jiu Jitsu and coaching. And who knows, I might be back in the Octagon again one day… Once again thank you all!

The ****. First Pato now Garza. Should've had them fight each other at least and the loser would've been cut.

And yet they keep Leonard Garcia? I would personally ******* insulted if I was in that division and in the UFC full stop. He gets a pass because he can take a beating and still move forward but fighters who work just as hard and probably harder in training get cut before him? It's one big disgusting joke.

I'm starting to think Matt Riddle was right when he said that the UFC are just going to keep cans that can brawl.

No way Garcia should be employed over Garza, he didnt even put on an exciting fight last time out. Garza always goes balls out and was fed to some killers.

UFC hates Pablo Garza. Garza was 3-3 in his UFC career and he was the underdog in every single one of those fights; c'mon. The man can't catch a break.

If Garcia doesn't get cut it's safe to say he has pictures of Dana coming onto some guy.

Really weird Garza is legit, Garcia is not. I bet Garza would beat Leonard 9 out of 10 times that's how ridiculous that is. Same goes for Carvalho they would beat the **** out of Garcia, McKenzie and others...

Man this really sucks.  On the bright side, he will likely be featured on one of my fightcenter events soon!

Garza's a really talented fighter and it sucks they cut him. I think he would be brought back with a good win on a smaller regional card if he doesn't get an offer from Bellator or WSOF and signs with them.

Garcia shouldn't be kept for being an exciting fighter. His last fight wasn't exactly exciting and he got owned for the entire fight by Cody McKenzie.

Garza at least has a game plan for his fights which he tries to imply, Garcia doesn't.

All Garcia does is throw wild haymakers which he misses a lot of and win horrible decisions he shoudl've lost.

This makes no sense,Garza is for sure UFC caliber and not only that,he's also an exciting fighter.

Definitely not deserving of a cut 3-3 in the UFC isn't even that bad.He lost to some good fighters not cans.

I still can't wrap my head around Garcia still having a job.  They give him progressively lower ranked opponents and he STILL loses.  It's a ****** situation for guys like Garza who bust their asses, have more success, but still get cut for less.

If Garcia gets another fight as these guys who actually deserve to be in the UFC are getting cut then that is ******* ridiculous. Dana thinks Garcia is exciting? When he is in a 'good' fight he punches air for 15 minutes. Anyone who loses 5 in a row deserves to be cut. Simple as that.

His last real win was KZ in WEC. Close fight but I scored it Garcia. He then lost to Hominick, beat Phan in a ******** decision, then went on to lose 5 in a row. He is on a 7 fight losing streak. **** what his 'record' says.

He beat Mark Hominick...

Edit: Nevermind, I thought you were talking about Garza, but of course it boiled down into Leonard Garcia talk.

@Mike His last real win was KZ? No way. His last real win was Jen Pulver 5 years ago. I don't think he beat KZ, Phan or even Jameel Massouh!

I also scored the first Garcia/KZ fight for Garcia, thumb away.

After that last performance though there is no reason Garcia should still be in the UFC

wait dafuqq? I remember when I said I scored Garcia/KZ I for Garcia, you gave me a bunch of **** and now you're sitting here saying you thought Garcia won? ******' **** man.

I also think Garcia won...pretty clearly might I add. They landed about the same amount of punches but Garcia were much more powerful and he rocked KZ many more times than KZ rocked Garcia.

What a joke. I don't have anything else to say that hasn't already been said about Leonard Garcia, this is just dumb.
