Unless Robert Whitaker grappling fall off a cliff, I don’t think Khamzat can beat Rob, Rob grappling defence is one of the best ever, Khamzat grappling is good for one round, Is he going to sub Rob in a round.

Cardio is the 2nd most important thing in MMA, behind chin, Having **** cardio is such a hindrance
