I'm not sure what my weight is currently at but I'd guess 250. I won't stop till I hit lightweight 155. I'm 5'9 so that sounds about right.

Start lifting bro. Also, portion control is a big helper and switching out soda for water.

Switching pop for water is actually at the top of the list for me. I'm going to war against sugar.

leave that mountain dew alone and get yourself on top of some of these mountains !!! The shark means actual real mountains, if you're on top of them they provide great vision and calmness and on top of that you got leaner while doing this. You need to lean your mind as well ; ) it's a double double man go for it !!

@swain if u love and support me you are supposed to want me to lose weight and you know, live a healthy lifestyle. 

I guess I should do it for me instead of because  of down votes but I honestly thought there was no chance of reaching 20 votes.

Well, friendo, you cannot love another until you love yourself. If you need or truly want to lose the weight for the right reasons, you will start your journey.  You answer your own question in the second paragraph of your post  

Keep in mind that such life changes are a journey, not a destination. After missing close to 2 years of work with injury I gained about 90-100 pounds. I was about 318!  I’m back up to 240 after getting down to 220. I’m about 6’ and naturally a thick fellow but would like to walk around from 200-220 but had to face the fact I’m old and I can’t remain stagnant when I get there again. It’s a bumpy ride and much harder with the whole aging and past injury thing. I just know once you start, you feel way better, think clearer and become more positive in  every facet of life I can think of.
