I'm seeing rumors that this is headlining 191. They better stack that undercard if true.

Sadly, they can stack the **** out of it and it won't matter. The casual fan is an idiot, I don't think you can stack a card more than UFC 178 and it still sold poorly. The MMA world doesn't deserve Mighty Mouse.

Part of the problem is that they have been using the flyweight title like a band-aid. Whenever someone gets hurt and they need a new main event they just throw DJ up against some random challenger that nobody knows or cares about.

Pin weight

Prediction: correct Johnson   wrong Submission   wrong Round 4

Start a Pin weight of 120. Lots of great fighters that are too small for 125.

I doubt making a smaller weight class would solve anything.

Not even too interested in this one, I'd say Dodson has the best chance to win the title off of DJ but that fight with Makovsky was close to a gift decision for him and he has no chance if he fights like that again.

Confirmed Main Event.

Eeek. Not gonna do well on buys. They were sort of in crunch time, having lost DC to injury.

It's weird how they keep having DJ headline PPVs after all his most interesting defenses were on free cards. Well, Dodson is a more interesting challenger than most but the Makovsky fight has un-hyped me for this rematch, as I said.

Might be why Dish was doing the buy 2 get 1 free on PPV for 189 , 190 , and 191.

If anyone is beating Johnson at 125 it's Dodson, but it's probably not going to happen.

Cruz should come back, whoop Dillashaw, then have a superfight with MM. That would be a rematch worth watching.

Alright. So, I just got finished watching the countdown show, and I have come to the conclusion that John Dodson is delusional.

John Dodson legitimately believes he won the first 3 rounds of their first fight. I re-watched their first fight last night, and I think Johnson won 4-1. I only gave Dodson the 2nd round. And Round 5 was a 10-8 for Johnson imo.

John Dodson claims that Demetrious Johnson coasts and says that he will do what he did in the first fight and "do something fancy with his feet.. it's calling running." What? Throughout that entire fight, Mighty Mouse was the one engaging for the most part. And the times that Johnson took Dodson down, he immediately either looked for a submission or advance position. There was nothing about that performance that resembled coasting on DJ's part.

When I think of this rematch, I don't see it being even a little bit close. Johnson will dominate. He is the best fighter in the game today. He adapts like no one else. First fight with Benavidez? Close. Second fight? Johnson knocked him dead in like 3 minutes. First fight with McCall? Close. Second fight? Johnson dominated. First Dodson fight? Close.. I guess. Second fight? DJ will adapt to everything Dodson does, considering Dodson has hardly evolved at all from their first fight. This will be a shut-out unless Johnson finishes Dodson, which considering the cardio differences between the two, he might.

Mighty Mouse has also finished 4 out of his 5 title defenses and 4 out 6 title fights in the UFC.

I enjoy watching MM do work, I don't really understand where the whole "boring" thing comes from.
