This is it!

There's been a lot of hyperbole surrounding this main event, so hopefully it can live up to the hype.

Prelims are scheduled for 415pm ET on UFC Fight Pass, followed by four hours of fights on big FOX starting at 6pm. The main card kicks off at 8pm.

Remember, no FS1 prelims for this one. Two hours of prelims kick off on big FOX at 6pm.

I'll make the mandatory comment. If you told me 2 years ago that Matt Brown would be the #5 welterweight in the UFC, on a 7 fight win streak with 6 KO's, and in a title eliminator i wouldn't believe you at all. If you told me 2 years ago that Robbie Lawler would be the consensus #2 welterweight in the world, that he would beat Rory Macdonald, Give Johny Hendricks all he could handle, and the he would absolutely destroy Jake Ellenberger i would never believe you.

I am still shocked Brown is #5. He has not beaten any top ten fighters and only two in the top 15. He is a good fighter but I think he will be out classed by Lawler.

I don't get why people are so ignorant of Lil Nog. Seriously. The guy is ******* good. Watched a few Rumble interview over the past few days, you can tell he is also annoyed that people view Nogueira as an easy fight. Nogueira is a tougher fight than Davis. Yeah, yeah. I know. But Davis beat Nogueira! That doesn't matter. Styles make fights, and stylistically, Nogueira is a tougher match-up for Anthony Johnson.

I understand why Lil' Nog is the dog but he's only lost by KO once in his career and always been a better boxer than Big Nog so never taken anywhere near the punishment and his only UFC losses were to better wrestlers with better sub d than Rumble. I think too many people can't separate the Nogs and incorrectly assume that Rogerio can be easily KOed now.

My reason for picking Johnson aside from his style, agility & power is that Lil Nog is 38 and was never that fast to begin with. He only looked good in wins against Tito Ortiz and Luiz Cane IMO.

Yeah I got Johnson winning too. He has a significant power and explosive edge. Nog is the better striker (skillwise) but I am not sure he has what it takes anymore to overcome the speed and power disadvantage. I expect Johnson to TKO Lil Nog tonight.
