Well, I understand that they have a huge roster to support, but no clear distinction in quality has been apparent between many PPV main cards and FOX and FS1 main cards in 2014.
Hopefully this is a step back toward stacked PPV cards instead of a rare occurrence.

The only card that I think will be soft other then the main event will be UFC 180 in Mexico.
I think the main card will have the Latin American TUF finale plus guys like Gastelum and Erik Perez with Diego Sanchez in the co-main event.

On the other hand I don't see another card fitting for the TUF finale, so I guess they're going with it. No matter what it won't sell less than DJ/Bagautinov so I guess they're ok with that.
I see nothing more than a solid 200K PPV buys for a card similar to what you wrote. I know Cain's pulled in higher numbers, but he was always backed by better cards and Mexico or not, the bulk of PPV buyers for MMA is still American when GSP isn't headlining.

Jones vs Gus is interesting. Gus takes it IMO. He had more ways to improve from the last fight. In that fight Jones would have lost if he didn't land a few spinning attacks. If Gus can avoid them he should walk away with the belt.
Glad to see Cat back, but not sure what to expect. Nunes is a tough and very dangerous opponent for her return fight.
If Kennedy can beat Yoel I will be very impressed.
Thompson, the Karate Kid, is back. That makes me happy.

I think healthy Cat vs Nunes ends up well for Cat and reintroduces her back into the spotlight for her title shot. I don't think Nunes offers her much, IMO. All the other fights are awesome. We get to see how good the Macgreganator is and if Jones really didn't take Gustaffson lightly the first time. Haven't bought a PPV in a while but i will definately but this one.
