Just saw this.

I wonder if he will fight at 170 or 185. BAMMA doesn't have a 170 lb champion.

I guess they don't have enough WW's...their website says they only have MW, LW, and FWs...

Cool thanks.. Id like to see him compete at middleweight and see how good Tom Watson really is after he kills Trigg.

Agreed.  Hopefully he competes at MW and then drops once he cleans out.. if he cleans out.

Maybe they will get Paul Daley to do another Bamma fight?

Shame.  I think his talent is going to be wasted at WW in Bamma.  Hopefully, they can find him some decent competition.

Nate will dominate!!! Nate belongs in the UFC with the big boys. Dana needs to pull his head out of his own ass and reinstate Nate.

If he is fighting at WW... he won't be fighting any competition at his level.  I'm still trying to understand why he didn't go with Bellator.  He could have made a run in both weight classes and forced Dana to bring him back.

I don't think it really matters where Nate ended up. He would have beat Lombard or Askren just the same as anyone else.

Bellator wanted to sign Nate to a multi-year deal, Nate didn't because he's hoping the UFC take him back after a short while. So that's why Nate didn't go to Bellator

Well, if Dana can forgive Karo, he should be able to forgive Nate.  We'll see how long Dana wants to hold a grudge.  I just don't see any way that dominating in BAMMA will help get Nate back in the UFC.  He could destroy guys like Paul Daley and Frank Trigg and I don't think it would mean too much.  Who knows, maybe BAMMA offered him a boat-load of cash.

Well @Ninja.. the UFC isn't going to take him back after cleaning out BAMMA's WW division.  He should have signed the deal with Bellator.  Beating Askren and Lombard would have sealed the deal for him.

Daley is under contract for Strikeforce and BAMMA, so Marquardt vs Daley will hopefully happen. It doesn't matter though because Nate will easily clean out the welterweight division.

Yeah.. beyond Daley.. who else is left really that would do Nate any good to fight in that promotion? Daley is a dangerous fight for him though.
