That's a great question @Alias,
I would show them an exciting fight that showcases both ground game and stand-up, while at the same time still being relevant to the sport.
Probably Jones vs. Rua.

Anderson Silva vs Forrest Griffin...after you see that how could you not want to see Anderson fight again. At the time my stomach dropped and it sucked because I was a big Forrest fan, but that fight was just a straight showcase of pure striking.
