I noticed we have a thread for everything except tv shows. usually we talk about it in slow day or some other random thread . so thought it was time to make this . ive always been a huge fan of tv  more then movies . what are some of the show's you have been watching lately ? or shows that you can't wait for that new season to start .  i recently started watching  breaking bad (thanks to Swickotine) and parks and recreation and i love them both right away .

some of my all time favorites would probably seinfeld , the Simpsons  king of the hill , South park and workaholics . don't matter how many times ive seen them when it's on i always watch them again .

so Fellow Tapology Members what are you watching ?

Just finished watching the walking dead finale.... I'm not going to really spoil anything but you can stop reading now if you don't even want reactions. I will say just that whole experience sure did suck. I told my wife at the start of the episode what would happen and I was 100% correct. Not gloating just saying it's that predictable. I will say I like Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan almost prefer him to pretty much any of the regulars.

Well if that  expendable red shirt wasn't with them I would say you're right. I don't know if TWD has the guts to make the season opener their SOA Opi moment.

I wasn't too impressed with Jeffrey Dean Morgan's portrayal of Negan. I thought he played him too sinister. Negan is just a wisecracking egotistical bully, that doesn't give a ****.

its going to be a dam long wait to see the answer.
I kind of think if they were going the way they did in the comics they wouldnt do the cliff hanger like that, because so many people will be like "oh yeah x dies, they just havnt told you yet'
Of the others there youve got one who seemed to have a goodbye this episode and one who if were following the comics shouldve died 2 weeks ago...
**** cliff hangers. Thats some until next week **** not ******* october.

Well guys I wouldn't look into it too hard.

All those first person shots after commercial breaks were from Glens point of view.

They purposely put things in the episode to make you think it's someone.

Eugene redemption scene.

Abrahams posture when he was face to face with Negan.

Glenns obvious signs.

If you literally break it down it would have to have been Daryl, Rosita or Glenn.

But that entire first person shot at the end was filmed in a different area.

So to me, even the writers don't know who they were going to kill.  They are gonna just figure it out sometime between now and may. People are breaking it down trying to figure it out, I say don't waste your time. This was expected.

The Walking Deads "Red Wedding" was a fail. People say they won't watch, but I guarantee you that the S7 premiere will be the biggest ever for them.

Yeah seems like people are all pissed about it. I would've like to seen who they killed too but now but it gives people more to talk about until the S7 premiere. I'm not too upset but for a season finale it wasn't that great of an episode over all.

Fear the walking dead next week!

You know, I was sitting there knowing everything that happens these last three episodes.  I just kept thinking, **** it, it's going to be a cliffhanger, at least I've got the Game of Thrones premier next..I'm an idiot.

I got the heads up ahead of time that the "Lucile scene" was going to be a POV scene and we wouldn't find out who the victim is until S7. That actually made it easier to watch knowing that it was going to end in a cliffhanger.

PREDICTIONS:
The character that should of died two weeks ago, was saved because the creator of the show and comic said that one it's of his biggest regrets in the comic was killing off that character ahead of "All Out War." I think that saves that character until at least the end of next season.

I believe in the comics, Negan's code is that he doesn't kill women. Especially with a baseball bat.

I can't see Negan or the show killing a character that's already injured. That saves one of the originals.

Negan was talking about Carl and Rick before he swung away. So it's obviously not them.

That leaves three characters that it could possibly be (in my mind).

Killing off Aaron wouldn't have much emotional impact, other than infuriating the real life LGBT community even more.

Eugene and Glen. One guy with a completed character arc, and one guy that's just now coming into his own.

I'd say the chances are 5% it's Daryl, 5% it's Abraham, 5% it's Aaron, 25% it's Eugene, and 60% it's Glen.

What they get mad about?  Is this show supposed to not kill someone off in a show because they are of a certain group or another?

Killing off Aaron will just piss off viewers. As far as emotional impact it doesn't matter who they kill at this point because you lost your emotional impact already. I would say 60% chance it's Aaron, 25% chance it's Eugene, 10% chance it's Glen and approximately a 1% or lower chance it's anyone else.

The last regular character on the show that was killed off was a lesbian. I heard some clamoring that some lesbian groups were upset for one reason or another that she was killed off. Two gay characters in a row getting killed, probably not.
