**accidently hit submit

Hadley vs. Johnson
Charles Johnson, DEC
I don't feel great about this one but I just have a feeling Inner G will pull off the W at home. I don't love Johnsons tank and am worried we see an improved version of Hadley, but I think Hadley is going to have to kill this man for him to lose in St. Louis. Hadley can box but his grappling leaves a lot to be desired.

Aldrich vs. Hardy
JJ Aldrich, DEC
JJ is the better striker. Hardy has looked improved but it's because she's been able to mix in the wrestling. I can excuse JJ getting mauled by Blanchfield considering she's otherwise exhibited really good TDD so far.

@RustyTennakoon
not because of cardio, man. Because of  Acosta's skills and opposition of both fighters. Avosta is a really good boxer, plus if the fight will go to the ground, Acosta has a big advantage there. Also what I saw it's sloppy kicks by Despaigne, Acosta catching it easily now. Also Acosta has a good head movement and he likes to be a counter puncher. So I think Despaigne is easy money for Waldo

Waldo Cortes Acosta is simultaneously the fattest and most muscular guy, never seen a dude with abs and also so much flab, he always looks like he gave birth a month ago.

Predictions: 6 of 12 Winners, 2 Perfect, 380 Points   |   Tied for 2976th

Caceres vs. Woodson
Alex Caceres, DEC
There's almost no situation where I won't fade Sean Woodson. He's a weight bully and also looked dog**** on the scale.

Cortes-Acosta vs. Despaigne
Robelis Despaigne, TKO, R1
Murder.

Hooper vs. Borshchev
Viacheslav Borshchev, TKO, R2
Chase is going to get his bird chest caved in with a body shot. Slavas grappling woes are over-exaggerated in this context because Chase can't wrestle to save his life. Slava is going to take his time and pick him apart.

McKinney vs. Ribovics
Esteban Ribovics, TKO, R3
Not a ton of confidence here. McKinney fades fast but Ribovics is also kind of a slow starter and is super hittable. He's got a hell of a chin but nobody is immune to getting flattened. I think he weathers the storm and finds a late finish but this one is 50/50 for me.

Waters vs. Goff
Trey Waters, TKO, R1
Goff is a tank who throws serious heat but Waters is just too big. I just see him running into tons of jabs and getting busted up the same way Quinlan did. Goff is going to get tagged because he's balls to the walls and is just going to try to crash in and close distance. All Waters has to do is keep his feet moving and keep his back off the fence and he'll find a finish.

Interesting... I see your point, but I just feel that Waldo is far too hittable and needs to get into boxing range to be effective. I think Despaigne is too fast, too powerful and has exceptional athleticism. I think he gets Waldo out of there early

I can't stand him, Jose Johnson or Steve Garcia. All 3 are ridiculous weight bully's.

Even after killing himself to somehow make this weight class I've seen Woodson get dropped by Luis Saldana and completely hand over a fight he was handedly winning to Julian Erosa. I won't pick him against anybody with a pulse and am happy to be wrong if he beats Cacares. He's a bum.

Lewis vs. Nascimento
Derrick Lewis, TKO, R2
Guy who got knocked out by Chris Daukaus against the all time KO leader. Breakdown over.

Buckley vs. Ruziboev
Joaquin Buckley, TKO, R2
Very tricky fight to try and call. I can't pick against Buckley because of how improved he's looked at 170 but Ruziboev is just so dangerous. Ruziboev hasn't been to a 2nd round in years and I just don't see him disposing of Buckley in under 5 minutes.

Menifield vs. Ulberg
Alonzo Menifield, DEC
If Menifield doesn't try to kickbox he will win this fight. I think Ulberg needs an earlier finish. I haven't seen him look good in a 3rd round yet and have questions about his cardio. Tricky fight because Menifield is coached by Pat Barry which is why his gameplan and decision making is hard to trust.

Ferreira vs. Rębecki
Mateusz Rębecki, TKO, R2
I'm nowhere near as high on Rebecki as everyone else is in this fight. I honestly don't think the odds on this one make sense and should show CDF a bit more respect. CDF has good power and has plenty of slick submissions. Rebecki is an absolute tank but is also kind of predictable. His win against Loik was really impressive but otherwise he hasn't fought a ton of great competition yet. He puts big power behind everything and will throw a violent 1-2 just to close distance and find a leg. Again, I think he wins this fight because once CDF is on the ground he can have trouble getting up. Let's just say I won't be surprised if CDF finds a way to finish this fight whatsoever.

Might be the first person I’ve ever seen say Waldo is actually good. I don’t think he has many skills at all, he’s just a big & athletic guy with decent cardio and durability. His boxing career wasn’t anything special; he was like 9-5 and got ko’ed badly by a bus driver as well, so it’s not like he was losing to elite heavyweight prospects in boxing

I thought I was the only one who stubbornly refuses to see Woodson's potential as a contender due to annoyance with his size. He's seriously massive for the division -tall for a welterweight even- that watching him win fights, especially against fighters I like, makes me seethe. Nothing against the guy personally, but he's too damn tall and I like Caceres
