Mateusz Rębecki, TKO, R2
Rebeasti
Caceres vs. Woodson
Sean Woodson, DEC
Sean Woodson is going to easily manage this fight to a 30-27 with his boxing
Cortes-Acosta vs. Despaigne
Robelis Despaigne, TKO, R1
I hope salsa boy gets folded
Hooper vs. Borshchev
Viacheslav Borshchev, TKO, R2
Good striker vs grappler matchup. Although Slava's never been subbed, I'm sure Chase could do it if the opportunity presented itself. The problem is that Chase hasn't shown good TD effectiveness in 8 UFC fights while Slava's only losses come from heavy wrestling. I can see a winded and hurt Chase Hooper KO'd after a competitive first round. that being said, Hooper's age is an X factor because he could show us something new every fight as he literally and figuratively grows in his career.

Predictions: 9 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 585 Points | 242nd Place
Derrick Lewis, TKO, R1
Coming off one of my best weeks ever on bets, and this card looks like a banger and looks great for bets. So putting out my picks a little early if anyone is interested. I could change a couple though, after weigh ins, which could affect a few fights here. I am really confident in Lewis here and I don't see how Rodrigo wins here. He is going to get caught at some point and is going down. This is a setup from the UFC for Lewis in home territory.
Buckley vs. Ruziboev
Joaquin Buckley, TKO, R2
The weight cut to welter weight will be interesting for Ruziboev. If he makes the weight I think that gives the advantage in cardio to Buckley who is not going to get KO'd early or get caught with a Kimura. There could be a size difference but Buckley's movement and explosions are going to be hard for Ruziboev to deal with and we don't really know how good he is, especially after round 1. Again I expect this is a favourable match up for Buckley in his home area.
Menifield vs. Ulberg
Carlos Ulberg, TKO, R2
I just am not sold on Menifield, despite being on all the good stuff with improved cardio. His wins are against awful competition apart from Jacoby who had no power in his shots to deter Menifield. He was still losing that fight until he won with a few powerful shots. I think Ulberg has more power and is faster and more technical and he won't be able to do the same thing to Ulberg if his cardio holds up. And that's the big question for me, can Ulberg keep a pace? If he can he wins.
Ferreira vs. Rębecki
Mateusz Rębecki, DEC
I think a lot of people have forgotten how good CDF is and he has a big reach advantage. His BJJ is really high level and his striking is good. However if you look at his losses they are all to powerful wrestlers. And that's what Rebecki is. I really like CDF but I think he loses here.
Caceres vs. Woodson
Sean Woodson, DEC
I have not been impressed with Caceres last wins, and he did not look good against Giga who I think is fraudulent. On the other hand Woodson looked amazing against Jourdain who I rate. Woodson should get into boxing range, work the body and win this. His grappling should be good enough to prevent any opportunistic subs.
Cortes-Acosta vs. Despaigne
Robelis Despaigne, TKO, R1
This looks like a setup. Waldo does not check leg kicks, does not have stopping power and does not have good wrestling. Unless Despaigne death gasses after 1 round I don't see how he loses. And being an Olympian I expect his cardio to actually be good.
Hooper vs. Borshchev
Chase Hooper, SUB, R1
If this hits the ground it's over. Slava can get up when taken down against wrestlers with mid top control, but against a BJJ heavy grappler like Hooper it will be over quickly. Can he put Hooper out before that happens? I doubt it. And the pace Hooper sets will wear Slava out pretty quick in my opinion. I really like Hooper here as an underdog.
McKinney vs. Ribovics
Esteban Ribovics, TKO, R3
Again can McKinney put out Ribovics before he gasses? I don't think so. And that will be curtains later on. Could go over 1.5 rounds but should end within the distance.
Ricci vs. Torres
Tecia Torres, DEC
I know everyone is on Tabatha, but I think Torres wins this. I saw a lot of people saying that the striking will be even? Not even close. Torres will destroy her on the feet. And I don't see Ricci taking her down. Layoff, pregnancy, whatever, I think Torres wins easily. The only way I see Ricci winning is by pressing her against the cage Holly Holm style and making this a very boring clinch fight.
Waters vs. Goff
Trey Waters, TKO, R2
I've been very impressed with Waters last fight against Quinlan. And though I like Goff I don't think he has beaten anyone good. I think Waters pieces him apart.
Hadley vs. Johnson
Charles Johnson, DEC
I can't believe I am picking CJ. But I am. I think he will keep this standing or get up somehow and on the feet he should be too good and too elusive for Hadley who will slow down late. I am picking CJ, I can't believe it.
Gooden vs. Jousset
Kevin Jousset, TKO, R3
Gooden is not good. Jousset is.
Aldrich vs. Hardy
Veronica Hardy, DEC
I think Veronica has levelled up and she should beat JJ in striking. As long as she doesn't get taken down repeatedly and controlled which I don't see happening I think she will be too fast for JJ

Joaquin Buckley, TKO
worried asf for buckley but i just dont see him losing in front of his home crowd but it could happen because ruziboev is so long and rangy and buckley struggles with longer fighters.

Sean Woodson, DEC
This weirdo Woodson is gonna sharp shoot him for 3 rounds and win a decision.
Cortes-Acosta vs. Despaigne
Robelis Despaigne, TKO, R1
Acosta looked garbage against Orlovski, Despaigne should be able to go there and take him out, probably not as fast as last time though. Mid way through round 1 TKO up against the fence.

Robelis Despaigne, TKO, R1
Waldo got chinned a couple times in his boxing career but has managed to avoid it so far in the UFC. I don't think Despaigne is all that great but I can't shake the gut feeling of Acosta getting tko'd here.
