If you could read he gave you perfect reasoning why Gaviez v. Rozenstruik is the Main event over ******* Perez v. Mokaev 😂

It's interesting that Gaziev went from opening prelims, to headlining his next fight.

Fun Klein Fact

Predictions: 6 of 7 Winners, 1 Perfect, 350 Points   |   Tied for 4249th

In the UFC in regards to closing odds - if we dismiss the Shane Young fight (which Klein DID open as an underdog on some sites BTW)

3 times he was the favorite (Trizano, Landwehr, Herbert) - he lost or had a draw
3 times he was the under dog (Smith,Jones Bahamondes) - he won

That's actually bonkers

That doesn't justify a ppv headline of an out of prime fighter vs. 1 victory in the ufc. Just because someone expressed why they think UFC did this, doesn't mean I have to change my mind and agree that it's right. If you don't understand what I mean maybe don't comment u buffoon.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 8 of 11 Winners, 0 Perfect, 415 Points   |   Tied for 3447th

Rozenstruik vs. Gaziev
Shamil Gaziev, SUB, R1
one of the few heavyweights with skill (crazy) and he puts on the pressure very well. I typically don’t buy into heavyweight prospects that much but i’m all in on gaziev

Petrino vs. Pedro
Vitor Petrino, TKO, R3
Icao is just better everywhere not much to really say here. doesn’t help that pedro’s cardio is on the level of an office worker

Perez vs. Mokaev
Muhammad Mokaev, SUB, R3
mokaev is very vulnerable and very very hittable but the captain of layoffs and pulling out of fights will not be the man to expose him. should be an exciting one

Nurmagomedov vs. Almakhan
Umar Nurmagomedov, TKO, R2
poor bekzat making his debut against umar lol

Schnell vs. Erceg
Steve Erceg, SUB, R3
schnell has just taken so much damage i’m not sure how much has he really has in the tank. erceg is great everywhere and his striking is very underrated. I believe erceg will out volume danger for a round or two then just take him down and backpack him

Anders vs. Pickett
Eryk Anders, TKO, R2
i’d pick probably anyone over pickett

Radzhabov vs. Al-Selwady
Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady, DEC
selwady is solid everywhere and loik is very sloppy. should be a close semi boring decision win

They didn’t put alex perez in the main event because they can’t risk losing the main event on fight day/weigh ins after he finds a way to not fight this week

Still plenty of time for him to dig up an excuse as to why he can’t make it

I don't think they're pushing Gaziev. I just think they have a whole bunch of fighters in the heavier classes they didn't want to fight at altitude in Mexico City and now we get them on Apex cards.

Final picks

Predictions: 8 of 11 Winners, 0 Perfect, 430 Points   |   Tied for 3216th

loik vs abdul will be close and hit the scorecards

vinicius vs sopaj will be a banger between two young hungry guys i say this fight will 100% end in a finish

ribeiro vs CLD is also guarenteed to not hit the scorecards someone is getting koed

javid is going to dominate everywhere the fight goes he doesnt have ko power and zahabi seems to have good grappling iq so i expect a unanimous decision win for javid

klein getting an unknown opponent possible highlight headkick ko

Anders will ko pickett and just like lacerda he will be cut

matt schnell upset pick erceg doesnt have ko power has low striking iq and in the grappling i would say they are even i think schnell has the classic veteran performance and gets the win also erceg lost to bondar that makes me think even more hes not as good as everyone thinks

Bekzat looks like an awesome fighter might even say the most explosive bantam on the roster he reminds me of john lineker i think hes going to give his all to ko umar in the first but get taken down and drowned umars grappling and size will be the differnce here either umar lands a question mark kick and kos him or he takes him down till hes gassed him out and rear naked chokes him

round 3 mokaev is always a great pick but perez has been subbed by 4 or 5 different guys if im not mistaken and has been finished 4-5 times in the first round we have seen in mokaevs debut that he can be explosive off the gates if he wants too mokaev gets the guillotine or rear naked choke in round 1 perez is so inactive and does not seem focused

petrino vs pedro is a banger pedro might have the cleaner striking but vitor looks like a monster and seems to have a good chin in a battle of who breaks first i would have to say pedro gets flash koed in round 2 or subbed in round 3

Gaziev dismantles rozenstruik its simple he may be the less experienced but he much more tools to win this fight then bigi boy does i see this over in 2 rounds

@gilese also most people don’t realize Martin buday was ranked #15 in the heavyweight division when the Gaziev fight got booked (nascimento replaced him after beating Mayes iirc). As bad as buday is, he was 4-0 in the ufc and (at the time) he was ranked. Even though Gaziev himself didn’t get ranked I think it’s justified that he is facing a top 10 guy

Figures for fight-day weights from Topuria v Volk has been released and they're interesting. Geoff Neal had 20 lbs on Ian Garry on fight day lol.
I wish they always released those figures, just interesting overall as a fan and also definitely interesting from a betting perspective to know what various fighters actually tend to weigh on fight day.

Honestly I never rated Buday so I totally forget he was ranked lol yes Gaz is getting normal flow, he did ask for the main event and I'm ok with that.
