changed the list criteria, now prospects are fighters who haven't fought elite or elite-ish fighters (exception is with Rory MacDonald because Condit wasn't elite at the time).

my ranking when I made it didn't have a UFC fighter on it, I'm gonna have to edit it and remove DeBlass even though we haven't seen him at full strength in the UFC yet
