Ill absolutely give you your props if that happens but I just dont see Poatan fighting in a co-main ever again. That guy is the main event or he isn't.

Isn't there an unwritten rule that if two belts are on the line that the heavier weight class is typically the main event? Someone please correct me if there's an instance where it happened but I can't think of one besides the Aspinall/Pavlovich fight, but that was an interim title.

Then there's the fact that he just supposedly doesn't want to fight there adding an additional wrinkle.

At ufc 33, the lightweight title fight (Pulver vs Hallman) was placed above the middleweight title fight (Menne vs Castillo).
More recently, at ufc 205, the lw title fight (McGregor vs Alvarez) was above the ww title fight (Woodley vs Thompson).

Icaro Brito’s fight in lfa was cancelled this week because he has been selected to compete on dwcs this season

There’s been a few guys confirmed for a while now, I’ve said them somewhere throughout here but I don’t remember all off the top of my head. As for a thread, you can feel free to make one but I’m going to post any news I heard about dwcs in here

Yeah I remember a few. Just surprising because I thought it was a bit early. Also, there are several other prospects on that card so if one gets pulled, what is stopping others as well.

Also, separate thread created. I hope people use it because, historically, it gets difficult to keep track of rumored names and official signings. Some get short notice call ups, some fights get moved to later dates. Sometimes those who make the tapology pages take weeks to update the pages.

I also heard Hugo cunha and Bruno Lopes are on this season, they didn’t get uploaded to the roster since they already have profiles on the ufc site
