Classic Boxer Puncher matches up. Both these guys are former World Champions, have only ever lost to the best of the best(Loma, Teofimo, Tank). This is must win for both if they want to stay in the mix and get another big fight. Pedraza is the slicker boxer, Commey has a hammer of a right hand!!! I think Pedroza probably outboxed Commey early but I'm counting on Commey to land power punches and eventually take him out?!!

Mason won every round IMO tho.
Those 4 rounds will do him more good and he'll have learned more there than in his previous 3 fights which were all 1 round blow outs

This is 1 of the times when my prediction comment is my actual final pick!!!
Also I think it's a 50/50 fight. Whenever I think a fights 50/50 and there is a big favourite (Pedraza is - 270). I see it as an opportunity to take the betting underdog.
I think Commey still has the power to hurt Pedraza tonight

It's a **** up that I can't fix. I'll try to explain!
For Boxing records what happens is when I create a new boxer profile I include the Box rec page. After a while they sync up and the boxing record on BoxRec is transferred onto the Tapology profile. What used to happen sometimes with debuting boxers is they would have their debut fight cancelled, but the profile would sync up and it would take the Amateur record. This is what happened with Davis, there's a few others.
So when Davis eventually had his pro debut, Tapology had his amateur record and now it just adds his pro wins to that total. I wish I could change it but I can't, I asked Greg but its just 1 of those things, a little glitch.
Another thing that used to happen with debuting fighters who had a debut listed then cancelled was BoxRec profiles would be completely deleted because they never had any ammy fights and it ended up with Tapology profiles linked to Pages that do not Exist!!!
Nowadays when I create a new profile I don't add the BoxRec until they actually have the debut fight so that does not happen anymore
