The thing is that the UFC have a card every weekend pretty much now, even like 3-4 years ago that card were more stacked because they had way more off weak in the UFC schedule, It the thing would you rather have more UFC card, or better UFC card, I say in general this is why UFC card can be a bit water down, Because they don't have the talent to fill card for like 48 card in a year,

The thing is that is a quite decent main card of a PPV, Della Madelana and Maniel Kape, Joanna vs Weili and Glover vs Jiri are all good fight, I personally find Valentina to be really boring, But she fighting the first next generation women fighter, So that pretty intresting too

Going to revise my pick for the main event.

I really, really want Glover to win this but there won't be a fairytale ending. Jiri is more measured than people credit him for, and Glover is too slow entering the pocket to not get caught in the fire. Jiri will rock him multiple times, pick his shots, and close it out early.

But it really just comes down to who makes the first move. If Glover gets a body lock or gets in on the hips then the fight is over. If Jiri can connect flush & hard first then again, the fight is over. It's Teixeira via first round sub or Prochazka via first round KO, imo.

Jiri will draw first blood and set the table for a clash with Blachowicz some time late in 2022.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 5 of 11 Winners, 3 Perfect, 325 Points   |   Tied for 2264th

Teixeira vs. Procházka
Glover Teixeira, SUB, R3
Jiri can KO everyone with a spinning elbow so he has a big chance of winning this, but in each one of his 2 UFC fights he got badly hurt. Volkan Oezdemir hurt him multiple times during 2 back and forth rounds before he got KO'd, and Reyes almost KO's him twice (including with an upkick) before the spectacular elbow. So I know there is no shame in this as both Volkan and Reyes are amongst the most dangerous men at light heavyweight, but Teixeira punches HARD, and can survive a beating. Plus, I'm afraid Jiri's cardio won't survive in the championships rounds if the fight gets there... Interesting fight for sure, but I see a Teixeira - Blachowicz rematch for the title after this.

Matthews vs. Fialho
Andre Fialho, TKO, R1
Matthews barely defeated the shell of the ghost of the shadow of Diego Sanchez 1 year ago, so he should be very careful against the dangerous Fialho.

83% pick Jack Della? I know he's a decent prospect  and Emeev is not in his prime anymore, but Jack has never fought a grappler like Emeev before.

Jack has outstanding tdd and ground game in his own right. Pretty sure he’s a judo brown belt and bjj black belt (or other way around)

This is Jiri's time

Predictions: 6 of 11 Winners, 2 Perfect, 350 Points   |   Tied for 1531st

I know Glover is a HOF fighter.  But this is the end of the road.  Jiri is going to make this ugly.  If Jiri slips up and Glover gets his back, anything is possible.  But I think more often than not, Jiri shuts off Glover's lights.  I am going with Jiri.

Teixeira vs. Procházka

Predictions: 2 of 11 Winners, 0 Perfect, 100 Points   |   Tied for 4504th

I have seen a lot of people talking about how Procházka will destroy Glover, and yes honestly he has insane power and Grover is definitely near the end of his career, but man I don't think I can ever go against Grover after the way he has dominated his last few opponents. He for sure belongs at the top and I think he is going to take a sub win over Procházka, maybe rounds 2 or 3

Andre Fialho

Predictions: 2 of 11 Winners, 0 Perfect, 100 Points   |   Tied for 4504th

Andre belongs at the top of this division, and seeing him absolutely dominate his last two opponents makes me believe he can handle himself against the best, I think he could only lose against a top 10 opponent. I predict a knockout within two rounds against Matthews.
