Nah I don't know what happened.
But a good guess is that it was stopped on an accidental Headclash, serious cut or some kind of accidental injury.
In boxing, if something like that happens and the fight isn't past 3 rounds it's scored a Technical Draw. Like what happened with the Warrington Lara fight a couple of weeks ago.
Something more similar to what I think happened on a Showtime card last month. Gary Antuanne Russell vs Emmanuel Rodriguez clashed heads less than 20 seconds in busting Rodriguez face open. Fight was stopped and scored a technical draw.
I'd imagine that happened in the fight you're asking about bud
