He looks good in that video but his style of fighting makes me think of Deontay Wilder. Both have got speed and power but I don't see much by the way of co-ordination in either of them. When he threw the punches they were wild, powerful swinging punches rather than crisp and precise combinations which is fine up until a certain level but sooner or later a fighter who has been in tougher fights will expose you. For Wilder, this was Fury but easily could've been almost anyone else in another era and for Ennis I think this will be van Heerden.

Yeah, we'll have to agree to disagree on this one. If Ennis does win this then I'll review his case but for now I'm sticking with the dog!

I will admit though, Ennis looked better than I expected him to so my pick might be different in a potential rematch but I'd still have to think about it.

He looked better than I expected, I'll give him that! At the moment I still think he's got a little bit more to do before he fights someone like Vergil Ortiz. I'd like to see him get fed someone like Sebastian Formella first, that would be a test but one I think he could handle.
