They caught the two ******* *******s who killed him; 23 year old (driver) was charged with second-degree and 21 year old (passenger) was charged with accessory after the fact.

Unfortunate news for sure but there won't be a death penalty for a 2nd degree murder.
I'm pretty sure 2nd degree carries 10-25 years in prison though.
