Maybe since Coker is now the head of Bellator, Alvarez might have a better chance of finally making the move to the big show.

Regardless of who's heading Bellator, Alvarez has one more fight vs. Chandler (he's actually contracted to fight him unless Bellator want him to fight someone else ... say ... I don't know ... the interim champ for instance would be nice) and then he can leave. No matching clause, no nothing.

Though he has stated that now that Bjorn's gone he might consider staying at Bellator (I think it's a negotiation tactic so that the UFC don't low-ball him or so that he can get an even higher offer than they gave him the last time), so there's also that.
