I've heard a few rumors, the most sensible one is that the doctors said it wasn't safe for him to cut any more weight. Whatever the reason, Nate said on his twitter account that he would be addressing it on Tuesday.

i think we wait until tomorrow. i did see something funny. somebody said that the new middleweight champion of tachi palace fights would be nate marquardt.

Yeah, it wasn't a making weight problem from the looks of it. It must be pretty bad for Dana to say that he was "disgusted" with Nate.

Definately not the weight cut, 3 hours before the weigh-in he was on already on target....

Yeah, not a weight cut. Now I'm hearing that it's not a weight cut and not banned substances, but paperwork.
