Not gonna happen.

1) Watson isn't a big name
2) Doesn't sound like Wandy wants to go back to 185, so Watson will have to move up, which, from the looks of it, he doesn't want to do.

Why doesnt he call out Weidman, or ****ping or somebody like that. Why would he call out Wandy? You dont deserve to fight Wandy.

I totally agree with you ... just saying that if it were to happen, it would be a great fight.

Never in a million years has Watson earned a fight with a big name like Wand, especially coming off such a win and the UFC has at least 2-3 more lucrative fight for Wand @ 205. Shogun, Belfort, Lil' Nog, Hendo are all top $$$ fights, but I fear for Wand's health ... I think Belfort kills him ... maybe Shogun too, I think he can handle Lil' Nog and Hendo, but if Hendo connects I see Muhammad Ali and him sharing the same post-fighting life ...

Watson couldnt beat either of them. This is what i hate about fighters. They call out old, past prime legends of the sport, and wanna get a big name(that doesnt mean anything as far as title contention goes) on their record. I know alot of people would like to have a big name win, but lets be real here. This also shows their dedication level. Rory calls out Bj, and not Hendricks, or Koscheck, or some top tier fighter. Now Watson calls out Wandy, AFTER he moves back up to 205, and does it in a disrespectful way. Telling him to stay at 205, or come to 185, and get knocked out. His best win is against ******* Stucky. He is in no position to be calling out a legend like Wandy when he couldnt even beat Brad Tavares.

I hate that too. Brandon Schaub was doing that  with Cro Cop, then asked for Minotauro, thinking Minotauro was washed up. But nope, Minotauro cracked his skull and Schaub is back to fighting non-contenders

No argument here ... except for you throwing the '****ping' around a bit too lightly ... I'd pay a little more respect to someone who works his ass off and done a thing or two more than you ...

I thought we didn't do the whole fighter bashing thing here ... I don't mind critiquing them because that's what we do, but lets keep it respectful even if you don't like the guy ...

These guys dont wanna fight the young bulls in the division. They wanna fight the old guys that are on their way out. He beats Stucky, and all of a sudden he is disrespecting a legend of the sport not even 3 days after his last fight/win.

I would prefer Wandy fighting another really big named opponent.
I'd like to see him vs Hendo, Shogun or Lil Nog

What would you do if you were him? Ask for Tim Boetsch?

He saw a chance, he knows there's not a big chance he'd get it so he went for the ego-punch so that maybe Wand would get pissed off and accept.

I don't like it either, but seriously, if you made a living off fighting and were exactly where Kong was ... what would you do?

You can't blame someone for taking a shot in the dark, it's his career and he's the one sweating in the gym and ultimately he's the one who'll pay the price in losing potential fans for disrespecting a legend.

I bet you don't talk the same way about every prick that calls out Bisping because out of all the big middleweight names he looks to them like the easiest fight or easiest way to the top do you? But if it's a fighter you like that's being called out by a relative nobody, you set off ...

As for '****ping' not being fighter bashing .. seriously? Frank Murr is a silly nickname ... ****ping? Not so much ... but whatever man, I'm not you father ...

I dont even like ****ping, why would i get mad because somebody calls him out. I would rather they call him out, then Wandy, but thats just me. These guys would rather have wins over old, past their prime, chin left their body fighters then the guys that are legit rising contender of the division. Also, he did it in a disrespectful way, thats another reason why i didnt like it. These fighters have taken this Sonnen **** to another level with these disrespectful call outs over twitter.

So you have nothing against disrespectful callouts, you just don't like it when it's done to "your guys" ... why didn't you just say that in the first place?

Watson almost lost to Stanislav ******* Nedkov .. lets be real, talk **** about Wandy and his decline all you want, he would demolish Tom Watson.

Watson lost to Tavares and barely got past Nedkov, and he has the balls to call out Wanderlie Silva? Get real.

Logistical issues aside, I imagine this one going a lot like Ninja Rua versus Bonello were it ever to take place.
