So he's on a four-fight winning streak against good competition and holds career wins over UFC staples Rick Story and Mike Pierce, both of whom have been hovering in or outside of the top ten at 170 for a couple years. He lost a controversial Split to Tyron Woodley in SF that many felt could have gone the other way and his recent streak includes a UD win over Dhiego Lima, one of the top fighters in MFC.

I noticed this guy too when picking fights recently! I saw his wins over Story and Pierce earlier in his career and thought cool beans.

I'd say yes, he sure could hang with some guys at 170 in the UFC. But with 34 years Bellator might be a good option as well. Either way he deserves to be in the bigger leagues...

Agreed @dielegende23 that Bellator would be a good fit as well. Their 170 division is lacking and Coy would be a solid addition.
