Not knocking Mousasi, really, but I think you're overrating him.  His striking is great, good submissions, too.  But he has a glaring weakness and that tends to get taken advantage of at the UFC level.

Like if he fought Bisping?  Takedowns all night.  If Jardine can do it, there's a lot of people who can do it a lot better than him.  He's not even known for his wrestling.

Mousasi said after the OSP fight, he never had a wrestling trainer just used one for this fight the first time. His wrestling looked improved in this fight. He's also still young and I'm sure he will improve his wrestling even more.

It's also not like he has a ****** guard, Mousasi's guard when he gets taken down is very aggresive and dangerous...

I don't think anyone is knocking Mousasi down. The kid has so much potential and is obviously talented... but the fact remains that he has some defensive issues (mostly with his TDD). His grappling is very good... but we saw how the fight went with King Mo.

@Anik
Regardless of who any of us felt won the Mousasi/Jardine fight, the fact remains that Jardine took down Mousasi 4 times in the first round and even though he looked better with his TDD during the OSP fight, I have to say that I don't feel extremely confident with his odds going up against a solid wrestler with decent grappling skills.

He'll definitely make for some exciting fights though and I hope to see him in the UFC.

I agree with many people. There were many world crushers outside of the UFC and most of them didn't deliver, most of them also had some noticeable weakness (and in most cases it was wrestling since most org's outside UFC are more striker heavy). I agree he has a lot of talent but if he doesn't take training seriously I think he might even have trouble with MW strikers taking him down.
