Since it's a slow day in the world of MMA, I thought it would be cool to talk about Tapology and ourselves.. anything at all regarding the same. I'll get a brief start going..
I live in PA, am 30 and have been a fan of MMA since I was a teenager. Work for the railroad and rarely ever miss an event regardless of promotion/stature. I like Tapology b/c of the environment it fosters. I wish we could edit/delete our posts... maybe have categories of threads for the forums, but all in all, I appreciate the type of place this is thus far.

I don't know my start weight
I maybe won't know my 'end' weight.
I go by calorie intake, having more energy, clothes getting looser, and visually.

I have bad memories of owning a scale so I will no longer have one

Weather has me strugging
I've had two large pizzas. Also yesterday I had a smaller bag of cheeto puffs and those granny cookies, 1 pack.
The pizza was from a gas station. They sell local pizza. They were doing a buy 1 get one free...................... SO OF COURSE I HAD TO TAKE THE FREE ONE. I am sadly human.
It is just so damn cold out. I just wanna eat so much when I am cold.
I can't soak in my tub to warm myself anymore because the damn drain stopper won't go fully in. Not sure if that is because it is so cold. Also the water turns cold before I get a full bath. I live in an old place, one that uses cast iron radiators.
I have to not fall into bad habits. I wish it were hot outside.

Try soups and things of that nature to help keep you warm, also don't be afraid to put layers of clothes on. You can always shed them later.
Also just turning on the sink washing your hands with super hot water when you are cold feels godly.
Don't stress about breaking your diet, just analyze where you might've went wrong and how you might be able to prevent it in the future.
Also enjoy a pizza from time to time they make cauliflower crust pizzas which are a lot better calorie wise.

It takes a $40 filter wrench and a lift to do mine, my old pickup I had a $8 dollar wrench climbed under 30 mins was done under $50 total investment.
