Fought in the first two UFC events.  He then returned several years later and lost his return fight by severe leg injury.  Never returned to the Octagon after that and fought mostly in Pancrase after that.

Jason fought Royce Gracie twice.  He first fought Gracie in a dojo match about a year prior to UFC 1. Jason also lost that challenge match.
