Currently fighting out of American Top Team Academy in Coconut Creek, Florida. 

 
Born and raised in Montreal, Canada but currently lives in Florida.  

 
When she stopped figure skating, which she did for 15 years, she found herself partying and hanging out with the wrong people, leading her to get into a few street fights. Jessica then decided to channel that aggression into BJJ training instead.

She transitioned to BJJ 3 years ago and has been training striking and all kinds of MMA training for a year. She states that her fascination with MMA began watching TUF with her father and it was "cool to see how guys can push through the pain and actually develop the art of fighting". 

 
She moved from Montreal a year and a half ago looking to pursue her dream of becoming world BJJ champion and MMA champion where she found a second home at American Top Team in Coconut Creek. 

In 2013, Jessica, who is a BJJ blue belt, won 2 medals at BJJ worlds (no gi) and one at Pan AMs (with gi) - where she won 3 bouts and lost the 4th for the bronze medal.

She is planned to compete at the BJJ worlds (with gi) in 2 months and hopes she will get promoted to purple belt following her performance.

On December 15th, 2012 she fought her first MMA fight at "Super Brawl 12/15/12" vs. Gayrene Meade and won by a first round armbar. Since then she lost to Nini Acevedo at "World Class Fight League: Undisputed" by third round decision.

Jessica is scheduled to fight Sheliska Silva at "XFN 2: Valdez vs. Moreland II" on January 15th, 2014.

Jessica also has one kickboxing win under her belt.
