Brad Scott Wiki

Brad Scott is a British middleweight fighter currently signed to the UFC. He trains out of Dragonslair Gym in Wiltshire, England. He was a competitor and runner up on The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes. He has previously fought for Cage Warriors and has a notable win over Michael Kuiper. Of his nine professional wins, all have been finishes including five T/KOs. He was awarded "Fight of the Season" during his time on TUF.

Scott began training in MMA as a way to get into shape for the Royal Marines. He would make his professional defut in 2009 with a first round TKO victory. He would pick up another TKO win before losing his first fight. He would bounce back with a vengeance over the next two year by picking up six straight victories, including a third round TKO at a Cage Warriors show in Dubai.

In mid 2012, Bradley would be selected as a part of the British team on The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes. In his first fight on the show, Scott faced Australian, Xavier Lucas. After a close fight, he defeated Lucas via unanimous decision. For the semi final round, he was matched up against Benny Alloway. After three grueling rounds, he won the fight via split decision. Their fight was also awarded "Fight of the Season" by the UFC fans and both fighters were awarded a $25,000 bonus. The win over Alloway moved him into the final round of the competition which took place at UFC on FX 6.

Scott would make his official UFC debut against fellow welterweight finalist, Robert Whittaker, at UFC on FX 6, but he would lose by decision. After the show was over, he would move back to his natural middleweight class. He would again return to the octagon ten months later at UFC Fight Night 30 against Michael Kuiper who he would submit in the first round. He next took on UFC debutant, Claudio Henrique Da Silva at UFC Fight Night 37 in London, England. He lost via unanimous decision.
